     ‘Z’  for Packaging Groups  I I I   only  :

c). the month and year (last two digits) of manufacture ;
 
d). the country authorizing the allocation of the mark , indicated by the distinguishing sign for motor vehicles in international traffic, for China the grouped letter ‘CN’ shall be used ;
 
e)..the identification specified by the Competent Authority or where no such identification is specified by the Competent Authority , the name of the manufacturer;
