Usage:
It is fit for compounding the sponge with textile fabric, or non-woven fabric .
It is full automaticity, so that it is unnecessary to stop the machine during the running .
The width of machine is 210cm, effective width is 190cm. Both single burner & double burner (for laminating on double sides) can be provided.
It is upgrade of HY-2006A1. New type with more function and operation automatically .   Easy operation and repair.
 

Characteristics:
1). Just used sponge as adhesive .The sponge would be melted after spraying flame towards it, and then adhere it onto the other material directly . It can be compounded two kinds of materials together with melted sponge which after burning. It is specially fitting for hairs(plush)  or suede nap. It is with good integration and good hand feeling . This kind of compounded material would be with character of washability, drycleanable.
2). Qquipped with unreeling, material feeding and automatic subtending the edge devices. It is fitting for mass volume manufacturing. Hanging cooling system with constant tension can ensure the compunded material with better quality .
